Selling terms and conditions
Conditions of sale apply to private customers
I) SUBJECT / CONTRACT
The following conditions of sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing, shall be the only conditions that Piccole Ali di Carazas E. Aguero (hereinafter Piccole Ali) and the buyer accept and that are required to comply with. The purchases will be settled according to the Italian law n. 185/99 while for the protection of personal data applies the rules in the law n.675 / 96 and subsequent amendments.
II) ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SALE
The buyer by ordering according to the procedures described in paragraph ORDERS, declares to have read and accepted the conditions here transcribed. Before completing the order carefully read the document "Shipping & Returns" which is fully part of the selling conditions.
III) ORDERS
You can order the items for sale in one of the following ways:
III.1) Through our online store www.piccoleali.it choosing products from the catalog and following the process with the support of the shopping cart. Just click on the "Shopping Cart" present in close proximity to each article to add it in the order form. The order will be registered only when you decide and complete the shipment and payment data. Until you have given final confirmation, you can change the items in the cart or cancel the procedure. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
We recommend registering at our site to speed up the process of the order , further it will allow you to take advantage of possible discounts and promotions.
III.2) By email addressed to ordini@piccoleali.it
Specify the codes, the number of items chosen and brief description of the same. Indicate also the shipping address and social security number (only residents in Italy), place and date of birth. You will receive as soon as possible a confirmation (by e-mail) of your order including the transport costs and the payment instructions.
The availability of goods is updated every 24 hours, however, the eventual availability visible on the site may not represent the actual availability of the product and / or the amount requested by you.
IV) SELLING DOCUMENTS
According to Italian rules for sales through e-commerce, Piccole Ali is not forced to issue invoices. In case the invoice is needed it shall be mentioned at the moment of the order and not later. Selling documents are the bill of loading with the relevant receipt. For customers within the EU and non-EU countries, date and place of birth are required.
V) PAYMENTS
Piccole Ali accepts the following forms of payment:
V.1) Online payment through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or by credit cards and prepaid cards. This method of payment is applicable for purchases online, by fax and by email.
V.2) By bank transfer

It is recommended to issue the transfer for the exact amount of the order, net of any costs and fees charged by your bank. AT this regard, make sure that any such costs remain at your expense. Our bank does not charge any fees. State the order number as reason for the payment. It is recommended to submit a copy of the bank receipt by email addressed to ordini@piccoleali.it . This is necessary because the goods remain coupled to your order for three working days and in the absence of communication the order will be canceled.
In the case of payment and failure to communicate within the time above mentioned, the order will be processed as soon as possible according to availability of the items chosen.
V.3) Cash on delivery (only for customers resident in Italy).
V.4) You can pick up items ordered directly in our warehouse located in Via Isonzo, 16 Stra' (Venice) on the following conditions:
conclude the order on our website www.piccoleali.it choosing the option: "withdrawal in store" as shipping method. Choose the method of payment (credit card, Paypal, bank) and complete the purchase online.
Make an appointment for pickup by calling at (+39)0499800757.
The articles selected are combined to the order for two days after which, in the absence of any feedback the order will be canceled.
The prices on our site include Italian VAT (22%).
Keep invoices as needed in the event of any claim.
No surcharges are applied for any type of payment.
VI) Shipping
Shipping cost in Italy for orders of any amount is equal to Euro 7.90 (VAT included). Some special offers could include free shipping to Italy.
The orders are shipped within the European Comunity countries by courier services (DPD, Mail Parcel, etc) while shippings oversea are carried out by international couriers based on the best available choice to customer location. Shipping costs for CEE (*) countries served by DPD is a flat fare equal to Euro 9.90 or Euro 14,90, depending on the box size. The cost is applied online during the checkout procedure. If your country is not listed among the ones available for online calculation of shipping costs please inquiry us at: info@piccoleali.it .
(*) Due to over prices applied by the couriers, some CEE countries and some kits could be out of the flat rate terms. In such case, please, contact us for a dedicated shipping cost calculation.
Generally, the orders are prepared for shipping within 1-2 working days in case of immediate payment (Paypal, credit card) while it take longer for bank wire. Delivery time in Italy is between 1-3 working days while delivery time for international orders is around one week for CEE countries and from 7 to 20 days for non-CEE countries based on the chosen service. Piccole Ali is not responsible for any delay or damages created by the couriers. Anyhow Piccole Ali is available for any support.
IMPORTANT: carefully check the package when you receive it looking for even small external damages such as: holes, deformations, compression, etc. External damages may be witnesses of posible produc damages inside the package. If you receive a damage package, sign it with "RESERVE" reporting the type of damage. It's IMPERATIVE to indicate the nature of the damage on the bill of loading that you sign to the courier when you receive the order. Failing to do so means loosing any right to be refund neither by the courier nor by Piccole Ali.
Piccole Ali protects its customers with an insurance according to couriers conditions. The insurance can be applied only if the above procedure is met. If such procedure is not met, Piccole Ali could offer spare parts (if available), according to their commercial value.
Any claim for goods damaged during transportation must be communicated to Piccole Ali within 24 hours from delivery writing to: info@ piccoleali.com indicating invoice number, day and time of delivery and nature of the damages detected.
In case of justified claim concerning a damaged article occurred during transportation Piccole Ali will introduce alternative solutions including, in the worst cases, the substitution of the article or equivalent measure.
Please be sure to be present (you or your delegate) when the courier attempts to deliver. This to avoid extra risk of damaging and any possible extra costs in case the courier is not able to deliver. A tracking number is provided in order to monitor the shipping status of your order.
DO NOT PAY to the courier any unforeseen amount. Be aware that your country may apply import taxes (our of CEE) which are not under our control and that are not included in case of overseas orders. You will be informed by the courier about the nature of possible taxes.
VII) WARRANTY
The articles in our online catalog are warranted under the conditions specified by the manufacturers and suppliers. Guarantees can present some special restrictions specified in the product user guide. In general, the guarantee applies only if the material has been used properly according to the manufacturer's instructions. The methods of reporting are described in the documentation for the warranty conditions of each product.
To take advantage of the guarantee is necessary to preserve the purchase invoice. The lack of documents confirming the purchase voids the warranty. For some products it is also required the preservation of the original packages otherwise the warranty will not apply.
Always contact Piccole Ali for analyzing the type of problem and to receive instructions on how to proceed. Shipping costs are at customer charge.
The customer has the right to have the product repaired or replaced in part or totally according to the nature of the manufacturing defect. The customer is not entitled to any compensation for any direct or consequential damage
Piccole Ali does not guarantee the compatibility of its products with other products and items combined by the customer. There is no guarantee any use other than that specifically stated in manuals and instruction booklets.
VIII) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – REFUND – CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
According to the Italian law n. 185 dated August 22- 1999, as amended, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of goods purchased from Piccole Ali. This right applies only to private customers, not to retailers.
Warning: The law does not apply on products originally sealed and opened by the customer, for articles used and / or altered in any way with respect to the delivery condition of the same.
To take advantage of the right to withdraw, follow the herewith procedure:
Communicate by phone or email your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. Communicate the reasons for the withdrawal. This information does not have any impact on the right of withdrawal and will only be used for statistical processing.
Send a registered letter to: Piccole Ali - Via Barbariga, 7-30039 Stra '(VE)- Italy. Give reference to purchasing documents and the goods subject to withdrawal. Indicate the details of your bank account to be credited.
Return the goods to the above-mentioned address making sure that the products are returned intact and complete. Return the products in their original packaging. Use only express mail and insure the goods for the whole value of the invoice otherwise you risk losing the right of withdrawal. The shipping costs are at customer charge.
Upon receipt of the goods subject to withdrawal, Piccole Ali will check the integrity of products and packaging. If the original packaging is damaged it will be charged between 10% and 15% on the price of the product. Products resulting from neglect or damaged packaging will result in penalties to be assessed case by case.
Transportation cost are not subject to refund.
IX) BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
In order to ensure the applicability of the above mentioned laws and rights, the customer agrees to:
- Print and store these conditions of sale and tax documents (receipt, invoice).
- Ensure the authenticity of the personal data provided.
- Do not use fancy, invented or third parties names when registering on our web site (it is forbidden to carry out double registrations).
X) DATA PROTECTION
The Italian law 675/96 protects the customer confidential data. The data will be processed by Piccole Ali for the purposes of communication regarding products distributed and management of any order. The data will be processed directly by Piccole Ali and will not be disclosed to third parties except those absolutely necessary for order fulfillment and for tax compliance and accounting. It is possible to request the removal of the personal data from our records.

XI) JURISDICTION
Any dispute is referred to the court of Venice (Italy).
